These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 456bet platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets.
By accessing or using the 456bet website, mobile browser interface, or any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. These documents together constitute the entire agreement between you and 456bet governing your use of the Platform.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 456bet Platform and, if you have already registered an account, request closure of that account by contacting support at [email protected]. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended version.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
The 456bet Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 456bet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle. If a player is found to be under the age of 18, their account will be immediately suspended, all pending transactions will be cancelled, and any funds held in the account will be subject to review in accordance with applicable responsible gaming obligations.
Each individual person may register and maintain only one (1) 456bet account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. 456bet employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. If duplicate accounts are identified, 456bet reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and withhold balances pending investigation.
You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your 456bet account. This includes your legal name, date of birth, Bangladeshi mobile number, and any other fields required during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping your registration information current. 456bet may require you to re-verify your information at any time, particularly before processing withdrawal requests.
456bet is operated for and marketed to players in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the 456bet Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 456bet makes no representation that use of the Platform is permissible in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh. If you access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, you do so entirely at your own risk and in violation of these Terms.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 456bet login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. 456bet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may change over time. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile banking methods and ৳1,000 for bank transfer methods.
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 456bet account balance instantly or within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed on the payment network. Bank transfer deposits are processed on the same business day or within one business day depending on the initiating bank's cut-off times. 456bet does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for mobile banking methods and ৳2,000 for bank transfers. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification checks, and 456bet reserves the right to request documentation before processing a withdrawal. Processing times are estimates and may be affected by network conditions, public holidays, and verification status.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Depositing on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from third parties into your 456bet account, is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
All account balances, bets, wins, and transactions on 456bet are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 456bet does not support foreign currency transactions. No currency conversion fees are charged by 456bet; however, any currency conversion costs incurred by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.
456bet may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall apply to that promotion.
Bonus funds credited to your 456bet account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games or markets will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
Welcome bonuses and new player promotions are available once per individual and once per household address, device, IP address, and payment method. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once through multiple accounts constitutes a prohibited activity under Section 7 of these Terms.
456bet reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse bonus credits and associated winnings if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player or group of players has abused the bonus system. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent.
456bet reserves the right to limit, refuse, or void any bet at its absolute discretion, including bets placed after the commencement of an event, bets placed based on erroneous odds, and bets that exceed applicable stake limits. The acceptance of a bet is confirmed when 456bet issues a unique bet reference number to the player.
In the event of a system error, software malfunction, or data feed failure that results in incorrect odds, game outcomes, or account balance displays, 456bet reserves the right to void affected bets and correct account balances. 456bet's decision in such matters is final. No compensation is payable for disruption to the Platform arising from technical faults, maintenance, or circumstances outside 456bet's reasonable control.
If a sporting event is suspended, abandoned, or voided by the relevant governing body, 456bet will settle affected bets in accordance with the specific rules for that sport published on the Platform. Where no specific rule applies, bets on voided events will be settled at odds of 1.0 (stake returned). Live in-play bets that have been accepted and confirmed before a suspension event occurs will generally stand; however, 456bet reserves the right to void in-play bets where the suspension results from an event that materially affected the betting market prior to acceptance.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games on 456bet. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface at the time of wagering. 456bet reserves the right to impose individual account-level stake limits at its discretion, including where a player's betting patterns suggest professional or syndicate activity.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 456bet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of bets, and forfeiture of balances:

456bet's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their 456bet account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
456bet makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 456bet expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
456bet collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes the use of your data for identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and personalised marketing communications (where you have not opted out).
456bet implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect the personal and financial information of its players. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and 456bet cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the Platform.
456bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 456bet will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. You may request the closure of your 456bet account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving your request, 456bet will process the closure within a reasonable timeframe. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your most recently used payment method, subject to verification checks and any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.
456bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity; failure to pass identity or age verification; receipt of a self-exclusion request; or where 456bet is required to do so by a legal or regulatory obligation. In the event of closure due to a breach of these Terms, 456bet may withhold account balances pending investigation.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your licence to use the 456bet Platform is immediately revoked. Sections 7, 9, 10, 11, and 13 of these Terms shall survive termination and continue to apply in full force.
